As these are personalized products, where the denim style, color, and lining are chosen, exchanges and returns are not accepted. It's also important to note that the linings are hand-sewn upon request, using traditional methods.

Are they unisex or just for women? Do you make men's? We made the jackets with women's sizes in mind, but since they're oversized, they could be unisex. We've sold several men's jackets; depending on each person's body type, the fit would be more or less roomy. You can see the measurements in our size guide. How can I customize it with more details? The website lets you do basic customization. For everything else, you can speak to us directly. It's best if you tell us what you'd like to add to your Denim, and we'll discuss options. Can I customize it with drawings or images I send you? Yes, you can send us photos of illustrations, and we'll send them to the workshop to see if we can do it. I want to customize a pair of jeans with embroidery. What's the price and delivery time? To give you a price for the customization, we need to know what you want to add to the jeans. We'll send it to the workshop and give you a price. Delivery times vary depending on the customization. Typically, they take about 15 business days.
